Supporting 🍯 Refund Policy (HoneyDresses)

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains how refunds and returns work.

1. Eligibility

We accept returns/refunds if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • A manufacturing defect is present

The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or digital-applied clothing items (if applicable)

3. Process

To request a refund:

  1. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description

  2. Our support team will review and respond within 48–72 hours

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary by bank or payment service

4. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange that when stock is available.
